Description:

Base chassis made of warp resistant sheet steel profiles.
The drum consists of two strongly profiled side plates and an almost closed sheet steel hub. The stress-free connection of the hose with little changing of the hose connection angle is made possible by the special angled connecting tube welded to the axle.

Choice of material:

• Steel, KTL and powder coating

• Alternative: Stainless steel 1.4301.

Reel bearing specification:

Synthetic gliding bearing, maintenance-free, chemical resistant, entirely resistant against moisture and dirt.

Spring:

High quality texture and spring band steel for maximum service life.

Tension relase:

The hose can be stopped at 8 positions per each rotation. A short pull of the hose releases the locking device.

Areas of application:

Water, water with chemical cleaning substances, air, oils and greases.

Inflow window of the hose:

According to the requirements of installation it can be mounted in two different positions. (Picture 1 + 2). The guide rolls are made of durable polyamide.
