Description:
The series STKi2Mo is a very robust and superbly designed electric-motor driven hose reel with the following characteristics:
The base frame is made from folded sheet steel profiles guaranteeing highest stability.
Materials:
All sheet metal and swivel parts of the drum and the switch box consist of stainless steel 1.4301 (V2a).
The drum has a virtually closed steel plate hub and runs in maintenance-free synthetic gliding bearing bushes.
A hose adapter welded to the axle is provided for easy hose connection without buckling stress.
The tried and tested WDTH system is used for the angular swivel.
The following nominal widths are available: ½", ¾", 1". All angled swivels can be supplied in stainless steel material upon request.
Driving and mode of operation:
The driving is effected by a robust geared with a manual sliding coupling. The right or left handed rotation of the drum is possible by choosing between the two key buttons. Unrolling the hose is carried out on choice either motor-driven or manually after decoupling of the motor by means of the sliding coupling. A radio control is available upon request, allowing a control of the motor from a distance up to 120 m.
The hose reels can be operated with the following electrical supply:
- Alternating current 230 V / 50 Hz
- Alternating current 400 V / 50 Hz, three-phase (three-phase current)
(if three-phase current is available, we recommend using this motor type)
- Direct current 12 V DC in connection with a power inverter
- Direct current 24 V DC in connection with a power inverter
Mounting possibilities:
The hose reel can be mounted hanging on the wall or ceiling or standing. Special consoles are not necessary.
Areas of application and flow suitabilities:
Stationary - in hand craft and industry.
Mobile – mounted onto vehicles, working on construction sites, in community areas as well as in the service section.
Flow suitabilities/some examples: water or water with detergents, air, oils and greases.
